**About the Role**
As we accelerate growth across industries, we’re seeking a Team Lead, SEO & Performance Marketing to take charge of strategic execution, elevate campaign performance, and guide a team of specialists toward client success. As the SEO & Performance Marketing Team Lead, you’ll oversee the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multichannel digital marketing campaigns across Google and Meta (and more), ensuring high ROI for our clients while leading a small but driven team. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in consulting, content and design.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO and paid media specialists to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategic performance marketing roadmaps aligned with clients' growth objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive technical and on-page SEO improvements, keyword strategies, link-building, and content recommendations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights, inform decisions, and create compelling client reports.
- Partner with Consulting, Content and Design teams to align campaigns with broader brand and business goals.
- Act as the key client liaison for all SEO and performance marketing initiatives, providing strategic guidance, actionable insights and ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships by proactively addressing concerns, anticipating needs, and delivering strategic solutions—positioning the agency as a reliable, value-driven partner.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and platform changes to keep client campaigns ahead of the curve.
**What Makes You a Great Fit?**
- Possesses relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Math or Economics, or any other relevant disciplines.
- Possesses at least 4 years of digital performance marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing talent.
- Effective communicator and team player, with experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in making a difference.
