Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator

We are seeking an experienced construction cost estimator to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties, including preparing cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations.
  • Evaluate contract and sub-contract works to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Carry out other contracts administration activities to support project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in quantity estimating/surveying works in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to work a 5-day week.
