Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies in line with company objectives. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets. Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements with clients and partners. Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to achieve business goals. Prepare, review, and manage proposals, bids, and tenders. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on commercial performance indicators. Ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or commercial roles within the maritime or shipyard industry. Strong expertise in contract negotiation, proposal management, and project coordination. Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining client relationships at both local and global levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
