We are looking for a
Supply Chain & Production Manager
to oversee the full manufacturing cycle of our new products—from
R&D and prototyping to mass production and quality control . This role requires strong
sourcing, negotiation, and production management skills
to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier & Factory Sourcing:
Identify and establish relationships with
reliable factories and material suppliers
in China, particularly in
book printing, merchandise, and apparel production .
Prototyping & Sampling:
Oversee the
development of product samples , ensuring they meet design and quality standards before final approval.
Material Selection & Optimization:
Work closely with the
Project Manager
to find the best materials and production solutions.
Mass Production Management:
Place orders,
coordinate production schedules , and oversee manufacturing processes at partner factories.
Factory Inspections & Quality Control:
Conduct
on-site factory visits , inspect product batches, and ensure that all production meets agreed specifications.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
Monitor
timely production, shipment coordination, and delivery to warehouses .
Issue Resolution & Compliance:
Handle
quality claims , resolve production issues, and ensure compliance with
certification and regulatory requirements .
Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing multi-component products
and managing
complex supply chains .
Deep knowledge of Chinese factories
and industry standards.
Established base of verified suppliers
in
book printing, souvenirs, and apparel manufacturing
is a strong plus.
Proven ability to
source and negotiate
with factories and suppliers.
Strong knowledge of
materials, prototyping, and production processes .
Hands-on experience in
sample development, factory coordination, and quality inspections .
Ability to
problem-solve and optimize production workflows .
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – mandatory.
