We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Leader to spearhead the strategy and product roadmap for Consumer Loyalty. As a pivotal member of our high-performing team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy and execution of features related to consumer loyalty, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Critical Responsibilities You Will Undertake
- Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for consumer loyalty products, aligning it with overall product vision and business objectives.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap that prioritizes and optimally sequences product features to enhance user experience and increase user engagement.
- Pursue innovative features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve the value proposition of our platform.
- Leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior, trends in content consumption, and areas for improvement in user-generated content features.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance engagement and relevance.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising senior engineers, designers, analysts, and country operations to foster User Generated Content growth on the platform.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders and leadership, addressing their concerns and incorporating feedback into product iterations.
- You have expertise in developing and driving product visions and strategies.
- You can create and execute comprehensive roadmaps that prioritize and sequence product features effectively.
- You have a proven track record of leveraging data analytics to inform decision making.
- You excel at leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative environments.
