As a Recruitment Consultant, you will :
Build and manage your own client portfolio through business development
Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates in leading companies
Negotiate contracts and close deals that make a real impact
Become a market expert in your chosen industry vertical
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
