Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Trade Show sector.
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals to win accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have:
Proven experience in sales within the Event industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients effectively.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
