deep expertise in Employee Benefits (EB) group insurance
and excel at collaborating with brokers, IFAs, HRTech providers, and ecosystem stakeholders to build end-to-end digital solutions for corporate benefits. Thriving under pressure, you will maintain operational excellence while pioneering innovations with founder-level grit.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Local Resource Integration
Establish tech-driven partnerships with brokerage firms, FA institutions, and HR service providers to enhance channel efficiency through:
SAAS enablement
or joint revenue-sharing models (e.g., per-transaction platform fees + premium splits)
Cost optimization tools for partners
Identify critical platform optimization needs aligned with local insurance scenarios
Prioritize AI/API enhancements that solve tangible brokerage pain points
Compliance & Risk Governance
Partner with Group Legal to ensure full MAS compliance for brokerage operations
Implement broker compliance training programs
Maintain adherence to MAS group insurance regulations and global data privacy laws (GDPR/PDPA)
Requirements
Baseline Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in insurance/EB sectors
3+ years' leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Proven track record in:
Direct management of Singapore brokerage partnerships
Designing tech enablement programs for brokers (e.g., custom CRM systems)
3+ years in group insurance/EB with expertise in:
Employee-centric cost-efficient digital solutions
Leading EB digital innovation (flexible benefits platforms, API integrations)
Critical Tech-Business Synergy Skills (Preferred)
Agile Testing : Validate market viability through MVP prototyping
Tech Monetization : Identify direct revenue pathways for technical features
Founder mentality with appetite for business model experimentation and measured risk-taking
Unshakable composure and productivity under high-pressure, fast-evolving market conditions
