What You Will Do Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs for the team. Identify, attract, and ensure high‑touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high‑quality candidates and meet hiring goals. Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way. Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration. Dive deep into data and root cause issues. Proactively identify and solve problems. Partner with HR tools team to develop reports, analysis, and presentations for business review and decision‑making. Responsibilities Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non‑technical talents of all levels. Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques). Conduct complex data analysis and share up‑to‑date, accurate, and value‑adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth. Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams. Be the ambassador of ByteDance's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications We are open to all technical recruiters who are passionate and knowledgeable about the technical industry. Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. Leverages data to report on hiring progress for business stakeholders. A self‑starter who is result‑oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks. Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
