Job Overview:

The Guest Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional client experience within our luxury boutique. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing seamless and personalized service to clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through warm and professional interactions.
  • Manage the front-of-house area, including phone and email inquiries, appointments, walk-ins, and client handovers to the retail team.
  • Ensure high hospitality standards are consistently met throughout the boutique.
  • Support data capture and daily reporting using CRM systems.
  • Conduct boutique tours and share brand stories with clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales goals and support inventory tracking and internal coordination.
  • Mentor junior staff members, promoting service excellence across the boutique.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or aviation is preferred, demonstrating adaptability and transferable skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Positivity, professionalism, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational skills, enabling efficient multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English language proficiency; additional languages are highly valued.
