Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our boutique team.

As an ambassador of our Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving all visitors and clients that enter the boutique.

  • Drive business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty and achieving sales objectives.
  • GrowCount expertise by presenting our universe, history, creations and sources of inspiration.
  • Offer an outstanding experience by personalizing client relationships and anticipating their needs.
  • Serve all visitors by answering their requests and providing after-sales services and care advice.
  • Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to be persuasive and engaging. You should also be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious and reliable.
