What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of high-value clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning our solutions with clients' business and marketing objectives.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to optimize their use of Emarsys, identifying opportunities for automation and deeper platform integration.
Increase client adoption by providing strategic guidance and demonstrating ROI.
Collaborate across teams—Technical Services, Professional Services, and Strategic Services—to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Collaborate with sales teams for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring long-term client success.
What You Bring
Experience in client success, account management, or consulting within SaaS or digital marketing.
Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and how to translate them into actionable strategies.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and retention.
Strong analytical skills to track performance and identify opportunities.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
