Key Responsibilities Develop and implement GTM strategies for new and existing BPO and digital process automation solutions across banking and financial services segments. Identify high‐potential market opportunities and create tailored value propositions for key client verticals (e.g. retail banking, wealth management, payments, operations). Work closely with leadership to define annual growth targets, pricing models, and market entry strategies. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends in outsourcing, digital transformation, and fintech collaboration. Translate insights into actionable GTM recommendations and sales enablement materials. Refine SPS Global's positioning as a strategic outsourcing partner that enhances efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure GTM plans are aligned and executable. Support bid management and RFP responses with compelling commercial narratives and differentiators. Work with delivery teams to ensure service offerings match market demand and client expectations. Design go‐to‐market toolkits and sales collateral to support business development and
