Job Description:

The Assistant Sales Professional is a short-term role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with administration tasks, managing sales floor activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role involves working closely with the Direct Manager to ensure seamless store operations and achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.

The ideal candidate must have previous retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of gemstones and metals is also desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist/Manage and carry out all administration and tasks as directed by the Direct Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting in the selection and purchase of jewelry items.
  • Explain and educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and positive manner.
  • Keep the jewelry display areas organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Process transactions accurately using NETS/Credit Card/PayNow and handle cash transactions responsibly.

  • Previous retail or sales experience with a focus on jewelry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open-minded and positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Interest and passion to learn basic knowledge of gemstones, metals.
