Job Title: Sales Floor Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain store appearance and organization, including shelves and display areas
  • Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability
  • Follow store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
