Job Overview
As a member of the sales team, the "Global CSR" ensures effective communication with key account clients regarding repair and spare parts orders. Responsibilities include consolidating client needs through conference calls, providing responses or alternatives by consulting internal stakeholders, resolving disputes including unpaid invoices, managing AOG resolutions, and providing on-call support outside regular hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proactive communication with clients
- Review repair and spare parts orders regularly
- Anticipate emergencies and propose solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams such as CSSM, Customer Support Representatives, Debt Management, and Supply Chain
- Conduct weekly client meetings
- Participate in on-call duties as scheduled
Performance Metrics
- Client feedback on communication
- Outstanding payment levels
- Timeliness of AOG resolution
Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience in customer support, preferably in aerospace
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Good data analysis skills
