My client is a
global leader in quantitative trading and technology , renowned for building one of the most sophisticated research and trading environments in the world. They are expanding their Singapore office and are seeking exceptional technologists to join their high-performance teams.
Role 1: Experienced Low-Level Software Engineer (C++)
As a Low-Level C++ Engineer, you will:
Work at the core of my client's global trading infrastructure, helping to establish and optimize market access across Asia-Pacific.
Take ownership of building and maintaining
low-latency, high-throughput systems
used directly in trading.
Collaborate with algo and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance in live markets.
Contribute directly to the bottom line by enabling entry into new markets and enhancing trading in existing ones.
What they're looking for:
Proficiency with UNIX/Linux and comfort at the command line.
Ability to analyze, optimize, and refactor code for performance and reliability.
Experience with market data or order entry systems is a plus.
Role 2: Algo Developer
As an Algo Developer, you will:
Research, design, and implement
predictive trading models
based on large-scale market and financial data.
Run models live on cutting-edge infrastructure and continuously monitor and refine their performance.
Collaborate closely with core developers to optimize model training, order execution, and overall efficiency.
Work independently on complex long-term technical problems while also contributing to team-driven projects.
What they're looking for:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with
C++
and comfort applying it in production environments.
Strong academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or related fields.
Creativity and independence in approaching open-ended technical challenges.
