Job Purpose
Lead cloud and infrastructure service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
Lead cloud and infrastructure service delivery, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Oversee hybrid IT environments, including cloud, on-premise, security, and monitoring platforms.
Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and ensure services meet business objectives.
Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization across service delivery operations.
Mentor and manage high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
10+ years’ IT service delivery experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
Proven track record in system integrator or multi-client environment service management.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, monitoring, and security tools.
Skilled in ITIL frameworks, project delivery, cost management, and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, client engagement, and team development skills in complex environments.
The successful Director, Cloud & Infrastructure Services must possess strong leadership, deep cloud expertise, and proven client management skills in a multi-client environment.
