JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Executive will be integral in all aspects of an international assignment, including the recruitment of overseas expatriates and responsibility for taking care of employees’ well-being, relocation, immigration, and international compensation salary review, with a well-versed knowledge of Singapore labour law.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Play a critical role in helping the school remain an employer of choice for academic and experienced expatriate hires.
End-to-end coordination of recruitment assignments, including administering all in and outsourced services of the employee and activities throughout the life cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and relocation.
Proactively develop new ideas and innovative approaches for continuous improvement in global mobility issues (repatriation and expatriation).
Prepare employment contracts and corresponding compensation packages.
Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management.
At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics.
Experience in an international school environment is preferred.
Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR-related government regulatory acts.
Possess good IT skills and knowledge (e.g., Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Microsoft Office applications - v-lookup, mail merge, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of HRIS systems - Engage, G-Suite, and SAP is a must.
