Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales process and providing technical guidance on system architecture and configuration for Industrial Data Solutions (IDS) portfolio. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the pre-sales process by providing technical advice on system architecture and configuration for IDS portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver effective product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for distributors, partners, and end-users.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our distributors and partners in the SEA region to ensure they have access to the latest product information and updates.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement and inform product roadmap decisions.
