Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

The Technical Solutions Expert will be responsible for providing technical knowledge, advice, and support to both internal sales force and externally to resolve requests regarding product/service technical issues and to maximize the benefits derived from our products and/or services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relations with key accounts and provide technical support to resolve requests related to product/service technical issues.
  • Analyze tool life issues and solve problems to optimize customer productivity.
  • Evaluate stock levels and maintain optimal stock levels based on customer production requirements.
  • Advise clients on manufacturing solutions and analyze their manufacturing processes.
  • Establish simple manufacturing ranges and prepare price offers in collaboration with the study and project department.
  • Organize and manage projects in partnership with clients and the study and project department.
  • Rely on product specialists to confirm technical choices and communicate effectively with them.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metal cutting industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills.
