Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
A key role exists for an individual to contribute to our organization's mission by delivering engaging training sessions and workshops to early childhood educators and children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for working with young children, and a willingness to travel to various preschools and event locations in Singapore.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training sessions and workshops that align with our organization's educational standards and values.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless programme delivery, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide feedback for continuous programme improvement.

As a representative of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring a love for learning and supporting best practices in early childhood education.

Your responsibilities will include conducting onsite and offsite training sessions, developing and adapting training materials, fostering positive learning environments, and staying updated on best practices and trends in early childhood education.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire children and adults.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel to various preschools and event locations in Singapore.
