Our client is a well-established retail bank committed to delivering superior customer service and empowering its workforce through continuous learning. To support its evolving business needs and drive employee development, the bank is seeking a **Learning & Development Specialist**to design and implement impactful learning solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs
- Design, deliver, and facilitate learning programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning) for various departments, including front-line banking staff, sales, operations, and support functions
- Support onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and integration
- Develop and manage digital learning content, including videos, job aids, and interactive modules
- Monitor training participation and performance, and assess learning outcomes and ROI
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants
- Assist in leadership and talent development initiatives such as high-potential programs and succession planning workshopsStay current with L&D trends, technologies, and best practices within the banking sector

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 3-6 years of experience in L&D, ideally within retail banking or financial services
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills (in-person and virtual)
- Experience with digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAnalytical mindset and ability to evaluate learning impact using data
