About the Role

As a Cluster HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing human resources, ensuring that our hotels have the right people in the right places at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage human resources, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, processing applications, negotiating contracts, and ensuring payroll correctness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including leave and public holiday allocation.
  • Process insurance claims and surveys as required by government agencies.
  • Provide HR support to finance teams, responding to queries and submitting expense reports.
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of management, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems to improve efficiency.
