Overview Position information technology coordination and support role focusing on coordinating IT engineers schedules, liaising with departments on after-sales matters, and handling customer inquiries with a service-oriented approach. Responsibilities Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/outsource/in-house projects and backfills on a daily basis Liaising with Sales Department and IT Department on after-sales matters Maintain good communication with customers and provide a service-oriented attitude Handle incoming calls and inquiries from corporate customers Respond to email correspondence promptly and efficiently Maintain service items inventory control Maintain proper records for billing purposes Keep service form inputs updated neatly and timely in the system Preferably with IT knowledge Perform any ad hoc requirements assigned by the Manager Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies Good communication skills and ability to work independently Able to work in a fast-paced environment Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders Proficient in MS Word/Excel Others Able to start immediately 5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:30pm Annual leave, medical benefits, staff insurance provided Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
