Early Years Educator
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Infant Educarer, you will be responsible for developing a caregiving routine and lesson plans that align with the Early Years Development Framework.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate materials and resources to enhance a high-quality learning environment.
  • Document children's learning and developmental progress to inform future planning and teaching strategies.
  • Regularly review and ensure compliance with health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene practices in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Implement strategies that foster respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders by actively engaging with the children's families and the broader community.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)

• Registered with ECDA and attained the EY1/ EY2 certification
