**Job Title:** Early Years EducatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the learning and development of young children.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement lesson plans aligned with the centre's curriculum and framework to ensure engaging and challenging experiences for children.
  • Observe and document children's progress, using this information to inform future planning and support the needs of individual children.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons as scheduled, utilizing your expertise to bring learning to life and inspire young minds.
  • Prepare accurate and informative reports on children's development, providing valuable insights for parents and caregivers.
  • Design and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing classroom environment that supports learning and exploration.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any notable achievements or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Pre-School (Teaching) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education-Teaching (DECCE-T)
  • ACEY/L1/L2 certification
  • Excellent command of English language for effective communication and record-keeping
  • At least 5 GCE 'O' level credits, including English Language (B4) as a first language
  • Minimum 1-year childcare/pre-school teaching experience in Singapore
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to commence work immediately
  • Singapore Citizen
