Key Responsibilities: What you will do: As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be required to design and conceptualize the integration of multiple physical security solutions, ensuring the solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with the customer’s security requirements. Job Description: Client Requirement Analysis Work closely with the sales team to understand the client’s physical security needs and requirements. Solution Design & Technical Support Provide technical solutioning and support during the pre-sales process, including solution design for tenders, cost estimation, validation, technical specifications, integration plans, and compliance documentation. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities. System Architecture & Integration Design and propose comprehensive integrated physical security solutions including, but not limited to, access control systems, video surveillance systems, and intrusion prevention systems. Consider the deployment requirements of IoT hardware (e.g., sensors, controllers, smart locks, edge devices, etc.) to ensure system integration is reliable and operational. Select appropriate IoT hardware components based on project requirements and define detailed technical specifications and communication protocol requirements (e.g., support for MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, etc.). Collaboration & Handover Collaborate closely with the project team to hand over design concepts, cost estimates, and technical plans for the next phase of project implementation. Work with industry partners and vendors to ensure proposed solutions are robust, reliable, and updated to the latest industry standards. Ad hoc duties as assigned Provide technical support and training to project staff and stakeholders. Share best practices to enhance the project efficiency. Requirements: At least a Diploma in relevant fields in IT, Security, Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in integrated physical security pre-sales, system integration, or a related technical field. Knowledge in Security System and ELV Systems e.g. PA system, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling, Electrical & etc. Familiar with AutoCAD. Knowledge in designing system/solutions for ELV Security System. 售前工程师(安防系统/弱电系统,如闭路电视、门禁控制、入侵检测等)主要职责: 工作内容: 作为售前工程师,您需要设计和规划多套安防系统的集成方案,确保解决方案具备成本效益、可扩展性,并符合客户的安全需求。职位描述: 客户需求分析 与销售团队紧密合作,深入了解客户的物理安防需求。方案设计与技术支持 在售前阶段提供技术方案及支持,包括投标方案设计、成本估算、验证、技术规范、集成计划和合规文件编制。进行产品演示、技术讲解及概念验证(PoC)活动。系统架构与集成 设计并提交全面的集成安防解决方案,涵盖门禁控制系统、视频监控系统、入侵防御系统等。考虑物联网硬件(如传感器、控制器、智能门锁、边缘设备等)的部署需求,确保系统集成可靠且可操作。根据项目需求选择合适的物联网硬件组件,并明确详细技术规范及通信协议要求(如支持MQTT、Modbus、BACnet等)。协作与交接 与项目团队紧密协作,移交设计方案、成本估算及技术计划,以便进入项目实施阶段。与行业合作伙伴及供应商协同,确保所提方案稳健可靠,并符合最新行业标准。其他临时职责 为项目人员及利益相关者提供技术支持和培训。分享最佳实践以提升项目效率。任职要求: 持有IT、安防、工程或相关领域的大专及以上学历。5年以上集成安防售前、系统集成或相关技术领域经验。具备安防系统及弱电系统知识(如公共广播、闭路电视、门禁、综合布线、电气工程等)。熟悉AutoCAD。具备弱电安防系统方案设计经验。Working Days: 5.5 Days Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm Working Location: Office (Ang mo Kio) / Project Site #J-18808-Ljbffr
