Overview What the role is: You manage and supervise day-to-day operations by proactively providing efficient and effective human resource administration services to tenant units in the Army camps. Responsibilities Oversee front desk services and enquiries Manage leave administration Handle e-Registry and document filing Process system access requests Coordinate despatch services Maintain electronic HR records Compile statistics for reporting purposes Support unit manpower officers Provide guidance, training and performance management for the team of executives Qualifications Experience in HR administration is preferred Competency in SAP and HR Information systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven leadership and decision-making abilities Applicants with no experience may apply Appointment will be commensurate with your experience Only shortlisted candidates will be notified About MINDEF The mission of MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces is to enhance Singapore's peace and security through deterrence and diplomacy, and should these fail, to secure a swift and decisive victory over the aggressor.
