**Job Overview:**

The role of an Air Conditioning System Supervisor entails overseeing the maintenance and operation of air conditioning systems. This includes conducting regular checks, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that all service standards are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular cleaning and inspection activities to ensure optimal system performance
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues with the air conditioning system, including compressor malfunctions and refrigerant leaks
  • Developing design proposals for installation tasks and executing them as required
  • Engaging with customers to assess their needs and provide information on air conditioning systems
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Ensuring smooth operation through precise performance and adherence to service standards
  • Coordinating daily operations and special events to meet goals
  • Handling paperwork and travel arrangements as necessary
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues in English and Mandarin
