Job Title: Air-conditioning System Manager

This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills and experience in air conditioning systems. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of air conditioning technicians to ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to prevent system breakdowns and reduce energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues related to air conditioning systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HVAC works and team management.
  • Strong understanding of safety requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
