Air Conditioning System Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage projects and maintenance contracts in the field of air-conditioning systems. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and clients to meet contractual requirements and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, experience in air-conditioning maintenance, and the ability to lead teams in supply, installation, and maintenance activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage projects and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to meet contractual requirements and specifications.
- Lead teams in the supply, installation, and maintenance of air-conditioning systems.
- Perform hands-on field work, including testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1-2 years' experience in air-conditioning maintenance, preferably with industrial or commercial systems.
- Strong project coordination, leadership, and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently and respond to site during non-office hours when required.
