THE OPPORTUNITY

Sapaad is looking to expand its marketing team by hiring creative and talented Copywriter with a passion for creating compelling and engaging copy that drives results. As Copywriter you will be required to deliver clear and compelling content that promotes our extensive products across multiple marketing channels and countries. You will be responsible for crafting email marketing campaigns, landing page copy, developing scripts for product videos, blog articles, social media posts and ad copy, as well as copy for technical purposes including user interface copy, FAQs, and more.

JOB SUMMARY

• Write clear, grammatically-correct and SEO-optimized copy to create compelling and persuasive email marketing campaigns, landing pages, ads, and marketing material that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
• Build content for product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, digital marketing creatives, blog, social media, press releases, and more.
• Create scripts for video content such as product marketing videos, product walkthroughs, tutorials and customer testimonials.
• Develop and publish technical resources including e-books, FAQs, guides, tutorials, training resources, sales and support communication.
• Coordinate with the development team to understand and publish product updates as well as technical documentation, user interface texts, and in-app content.
• Maintain and moderate the online presence of the product by ensuring up-to-date and optimized content on the website, blog, vendor portals, forums, and more.
• Keep up-to-date with best practices in content marketing, UX copywriting, SEO, social media trends, web usability and design, ChatGPT, and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of recent work or writing projects demonstrating ability to create engaging and effective copy.
• Proven expertise in writing copy for email marketing campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, social media, and more.
• Experience and knowledge using ChatGPT AI platform is a must.
• At least 5 years of copywriting/content/editorial experience required.
• Fluency in English, and proficiency in editing and proofreading content before publishing.
• Experience with WordPress and HTML, familiarity with writing for B2B software products.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities based on urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience writing for tech, B2B, Saas (Software as a Service), or food tech a plus.
