- You’ve been through the trenches as a creative and can lead the conceptualisation and execution of solutions and strategies. You can be a key player in assisting the Creative Director to lead the creative team.
- You bring to the table strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution.
- “Good enough” won’t cut it for you — you go above and beyond when answering briefs, with a knack for problem-solving and finding opportunities where other sees issues.
- You’re not just in tune with social media trends, but you’re obsessed — you definitely don’t think that TikTok is just for Gen Zs.
- You partner well with art directors, ensuring that visuals and copy work together to create impactful and compelling campaigns and projects.
- You can be trusted to work independently and efficiently, juggling multiple projects without compromising quality.
- You have a heart for mentoring junior creatives and are willing to help them grow in their craft.
- You’re constantly curious, open to new ideas, never satisfied with where you’re at, and a firm believer in continually pushing yourself to the next level.
The basics:
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal (duh).
- Good communication and presentation skills to sell your ideas.
- Play well with the team — you’ll have to work closely with the Creative Director, fellow creatives and suits.
- Strong experience in social and digital marketing as well as online and offline cross-channel or direct marketing initiatives.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in content marketing, copywriting and/or editorial writing.
