About The Role: Join our client's GTM Strategy & Operations team to drive operational excellence for our Sales Development organization across APAC (with focus on Greater China). You’ll standardize workflows, strengthen reporting and align processes across markets, with a primary focus on Greater China. This role is a great fit for someone with a Revenue Operations background, strong analytical skills and a systems mindset. Interest in Generative AI and automation is a plus as we scale impact and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day operations for Greater China Sales Development across inbound and outbound motions
Manage and improve core processes: lead routing, territory assignment, headcount management and activity tracking
Maintain CRM and system hygiene (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure clean data, accurate reporting and reliable funnel visibility
Build and enhance dashboards and reports covering rep productivity, conversion rates, SLAs and lead volume
Identify gaps in manual workflows and design scalable, standardized solutions aligned to APAC practices
Contribute to business planning, performance management and leadership updates with clear, structured insights
Explore and support AI-powered tools and automation to streamline operations and boost productivity
What You'll Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years in Sales Operations or similar analytical roles
Fluency in Mandarin (verbal & written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/key stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Structured, detail-oriented thinker with a strong process mindset
Able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
Interest in using Generative AI and automation to improve team efficiency
