**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical **Sales Data Analyst (Entry-Level)**to support our Enterprise Sales Team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about combining data analytics with business development. You will work closely with sales managers to provide data-driven insights that help optimize sales strategies, improve client targeting, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer data, sales pipelines, and market trends to support business decision-making and account development.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and periodic reports for internal reviews.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and regional revenue performance.
- Support account segmentation, opportunity tracking, and campaign targeting through CRM and data analysis tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to provide data insights that align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Maintain and improve the quality of sales data in CRM systems through regular cleansing and validation.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus
- **Other Skills**:
Strong communication and business acumen
Ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written) to support coordination with China-based teams and clients
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales-oriented environment
