Conduct service training sessions to promote customer-first practices and improve operational service standards. CRM & Event Coordination Oversee CRM activities ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement across all touchpoints. Plan and support customer engagement initiatives, including roadshows, appreciation events, and partnership activations. Coordinate CRM initiatives and data management for company. Track competitor pricing and market developments to support marketing strategies and maintain competitive offerings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or CRM, preferably within the automotive or leasing industry. Strong track record in managing customer relationships and resolving service-related matters effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and communication skills. Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
