Permanent position, Salary up to $5,000Responsibilities Proactively contact customers for service reminders, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure seamless service experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and sustained satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Strengthen the company's online reputation through active management of Google reviews and customer feedback programs. Conduct service training sessions to promote customer-first practices and improve operational service standards. CRM & Event Coordination Oversee CRM activities ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement across all touchpoints. Plan and support customer engagement initiatives, including roadshows, appreciation events, and partnership activations. Coordinate CRM initiatives and data management for company. Track competitor pricing and market developments to support marketing strategies and maintain competitive offerings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or CRM, preferably within the automotive or leasing industry. Strong track record in managing customer relationships and resolving service-related matters effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and communication skills. Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
