Daily Accounts Payable / Receivable (AP/AR) function.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of AP/AR activities and compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements.
Respond to and handle queries from Vendors and end-users
Support and resolve service requests.
Provide information on processes.
Address emergency requests appropriately.
Handle external auditor inquiries.
Work and resource plan to meet daily workload and plan ahead.
Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Perform ad hoc activities and tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Degree in accounting or equivalent.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Good knowledge of SAP system, GST & Withholding Tax treatment.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner and proactive with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
Willing to learn and be hands-on in work deliverables to meet deadlines.
Team player who can work independently.
Prior experience in SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Query).
