Job Summary

The food and beverage team is accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest. Their primary responsibility is to serve all products with friendly, individualized attention.

The F&B team must educate customers about our premium coffees and beverages, presenting and explaining the menu in a clear and concise manner.

  • Greet all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develop a rapport by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
  • Sell and serve drink and food items to customers.
  • Educate customers on coffee preparation methods and product freshness.
  • Answer customer questions regarding coffee, drinks preparation, and product freshness.
  • Competently prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for espresso-based drinks;
  • Generate revenue by attracting new customers through defining new and expanded services and products;
  • Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies, specialty drinks for coffee bar;
  • Perform data entry of stock inventories in a timely manner;
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations;
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities such as retail trade and food service publications;
  • Provide training to staff in accordance with company guidelines and manuals;
  • Enhance brand reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests such as exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
  • Report operational inconsistencies to the Operations Manager;
  • Manage social marketing aspects to promote Dal.Komm branding;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Possess basic hygiene course certification.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate customer service focus and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain positive company morale and professional attitude.
  • Be punctual and responsible.
  • Show desire to constantly learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed.
  • Capacity to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Ability to travel to work overseas if required.
  • Maintain personal hygiene at all times.
