Talent Acquisition Partner / HR Business Partner About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across Singapore and Malaysia. This role will play a key part in supporting our business growth by partnering with leaders to identify, attract, and retain top talent while enhancing overall recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding across all functions and levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. Collaborate with recruitment agencies and manage vendor relationships. Generate and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) for process improvement. Support the utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (UKG Recruiting Gateway). Participate in career fairs and industry events to promote employer branding. Support other HR initiatives such as employee relations, training, and compensation projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of in-house recruitment and HRBP experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in foreign worker hiring and coordination with labour contractors. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, and ATS platforms (UKG preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently. High attention to detail, strong initiative, and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting.
