Overview Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering again with a long-standing client in their search for a Regional Head of HRIS to lead the HRIS agenda across APAC. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the regional HR tech roadmap, driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and other key platforms to support business transformation and workforce productivity. Responsibilities As a trusted partner to the APAC Head of HR and other senior leaders, you will ensure HR systems align with global standards while meeting regional needs. You'll lead major system implementations, including SAP SuccessFactors and payroll integrations, while establishing strong governance for data quality, compliance, and scalability across multiple countries. Your ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and drive adoption of new technologies will be critical to success. Qualifications The ideal candidate brings circa 15 years of HRIS (specifically SAP Successfactors) experience, including proven experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record managing implementations across diverse markets. We're looking for a forward-thinking leader who can blend HR strategy with HR technology, an eye for operational excellence, and is passionate about leveraging technology to elevate the employee experience.
