Job Title:

HR Assistant Professional

Job Summary:

This role supports the organization by providing HR administration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Administrative & HR Support: Update employee files and assist with issuing letters, managing documents for audits or internal reviews, and coordinating events.
  • Support to HR Team: Assist with day-to-day operations and complete assigned tasks until completion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of MOM regulations, IT system knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with different departments.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
