HR Intern Job Description
We are seeking an HR Intern to assist in various human resources functions, including recruitment support, employee records management, and HR operations.
This role provides exposure to a wide range of HR activities and is ideal for individuals pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring seamless access to vital information.
- Support work pass application and renewal processes under close supervision, guaranteeing timely and efficient completion.
- Update the HR database with employee details in a prompt manner, ensuring up-to-date records at all times.
- Provide assistance in HR projects, policy administration, and daily operations, contributing to a well-organized workplace environment.
- Handle medical insurance and work injury claim documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management review, highlighting key statistics and trends.
- Cover reception duties on rotation, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and handling general inquiries professionally.
- Support front desk operations, receiving mail and deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests alike.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- A keen interest in HR and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- A minimum months full-time commitment.
