Job Overview:

As a seasoned Project Delivery Manager , you will lead and manage DfMA Prefab MEP projects with seamless integration of design, production, and installation processes. Your expertise in driving continuous improvement, quality, and innovation within the team and across projects will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing project planning, execution, and completion for DfMA Prefab MEP projects.
  • Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensuring sufficient resources are allocated to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Cross-functional coordination with design, production, and site teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders while addressing risks or issues that may arise.
  • Adhering to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and drafters.
  • Standardization and optimization of workflows.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing training to junior staff.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Overseeing quality checks to meet industry standards.
  • Collaboration with QAQC teams to resolve issues and maintain quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

  • Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing regular updates, reports, and action plans.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Knowledge of MEP systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination a plus.
