Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. ">
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. ">
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any risks or issues that may arise. ">
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations. ">

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and drafters. ">
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training to junior staff. ">

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ">
  • Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or related fields. ">
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management. ">
  • Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). ">
  • Knowledge of MEP systems preferred. ">
