Job Title: DfMA Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced DfMA project manager to lead our Prefab MEP projects. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of these projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and drafters.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training to junior staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Knowledge of MEP systems preferred.
