Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of Senior Executives and Executives to deliver high-quality, learner- and staff-centric services across RP’s operational touchpoints.
Oversee operational processes supporting staff and student needs, ensuring efficient service delivery aligned with RP’s standards.
Drive service digitalisation and innovation by adopting digital tools and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, and low-code applications.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality, monitor performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
Manage operational planning, resource allocation, inventory, contracts, and service schedules to support daily operations while maintaining compliance and documentation.
Coordinate with colleagues managing frontline operations to ensure alignment and continuity across service touchpoints, supporting both backend and frontline teams.
What we are looking for
Relevant academic qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in service operations or customer experience.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience in stakeholder engagement with vendors, internal departments, and service partners.
Interest or experience in AI, automation, or data-driven tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance workflow and service quality.
