Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage.
2. Customer Service:
Foster a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.
3. Financial Management:
Achieve sales targets and manage the store's budget effectively.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial goals.
4. Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.
Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Coordinate special events and seasonal promotions to boost sales.
Manage social media presence and online reviews to enhance store reputation.
6. Quality Control:
Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
Monitor kitchen and service areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
