- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Coordinate special events and seasonal promotions to boost sales.
- Manage social media presence and online reviews to enhance store reputation.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor kitchen and service areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
- Skills:
