*Please note that this is a local role. The successful incumbent will have 1 direct report, and will be reporting in to the Deputy Director of Marketing. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Lead and mentor the Acquisition Marketing team to achieve performance goals and deliver high-impact campaigns. Collaborate with the B2 B and B2 C sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Utilise channel platform solutions to optimise marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximise ROI. Agency Partnership: Collaborate with agencies to generate traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue and ROI targets. Explore new platforms and innovative solutions to drive acquisition of new customers and revenue. Cross-Channel Collaboration: Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing team to manage project timelines, handle internal and external inquiries, support integrated campaign launches, and conduct post-campaign reporting. Product Divisions: Understand business needs, project requirements, and support the development and implementation of marketing collaterals for the respective sales channels. Sales Channels: Identify and address gaps in marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates for the Corporate and Consumer Sales Channels. Experience: At least 8 – 10 years of experience in marketing and/or campaign management. Proven leadership qualities with experience in managing and developing direct reports. Demonstrated experience in engaging and supporting Sales teams is a valuable asset. Proven track record of managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, including those in creative, events, media, and print. Experience working with stakeholders in the labour movement or social enterprise settings is advantageous. Skills: Meticulous attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills. Passionate about delivering customer-centric communications. Strong team player with the ability to drive results and improve efficiency.
